Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the immediate closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

We will take reasonable steps to assist you; however, 88tmt shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
Account Inactivity: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 88tmt will attempt to contact you at your registered contact details before imposing any inactivity fee or taking administrative action. Any applicable inactivity fees will be clearly disclosed in our fee schedule, which is accessible through your account dashboard.
Account Verification (KYC): 88tmt may, at any time and for any reason, request additional verification documentation from you. This includes but is not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in account restriction pending resolution.
Currency: All transactions on the 88tmt Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 88tmt does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the Player.
Approved Payment Methods: 88tmt currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum and Maximum Limits:
Deposit Processing: GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your 88tmt balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PesoNet are credited within 5–30 minutes depending on the sending bank's processing time. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits may take up to 1 hour.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by 88tmt within 30 minutes of approval for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers may take 1–4 business hours depending on the receiving bank. 88tmt reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where unusual account activity is detected.
Withdrawal Restrictions: Players must ensure that active bonus wagering requirements are fully met before requesting a withdrawal of bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus play. Withdrawals of deposited principal funds are not subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion's terms.
88tmt offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral programmes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion's individual offer page.
Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded to your 88tmt account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering progress is tracked in your account dashboard.
Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players only. Players who have previously been found to have abused bonus terms, or who are registered under multiple accounts, are not eligible for any promotional offers.
Bonus Abuse: The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in account suspension:
Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the period stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the account without compensation.
Modification and Cancellation: 88tmt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will be posted on the Platform and communicated to affected players where practicable.
Random Number Generation: All casino games available on the 88tmt Platform that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generation ("RNG") technology. RNG systems are independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and compliance with published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages.
Game Rules: Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible through the game's information panel. Live Casino: Additional rules apply to live dealer games, including time limits for placing bets once the betting window is open. Players acknowledge that live casino gameplay is subject to real-time human dealing and that decisions made by live dealers are final once confirmed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88tmt Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities, and civil or criminal legal action as appropriate:

Platform Availability: 88tmt does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, as well as force majeure events, may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
Cap on Liability: Where liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law, 88tmt's aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
88tmt collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering an account with 88tmt, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations under PAGCOR regulations, the AMLA, and other applicable Philippine law.
88tmt will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors, game studios, and service providers is strictly limited to what is necessary for the provision of the Platform's services.
Termination by You: You may close your 88tmt account at any time by contacting our support team via 24/7 live chat. Before account closure, any remaining real-money balance must be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Pending wagering requirements may affect the availability of bonus funds at the time of closure.
Suspension or Termination by 88tmt: 88tmt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Effect of Termination: Upon account closure or suspension for cause, 88tmt may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Any accounts closed following a material update to Terms will have real-money balances processed for withdrawal in the normal course.
Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the 88tmt Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law principles that would require application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
Regulatory Authority: 88tmt operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). PAGCOR has jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Platform's gaming operations that cannot be resolved through 88tmt's internal complaint process.
Internal Complaint Process: Before escalating any dispute to PAGCOR or any court of competent jurisdiction, you must first submit a written complaint to 88tmt's support team. 88tmt will investigate all complaints and provide a substantive written response within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Complex complaints may require additional time; we will keep you informed of the progress of your complaint.
Jurisdiction: To the extent that any dispute is not resolved through the internal complaint process or PAGCOR mediation, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
